Workshop BPG 2026 | Foz do Iguaçu/PR
On August 27th, 2026, the Brand Protection Group – BPG held a Workshop in the city of Foz do Iguaçu, with the theme “Combating the Illegal Market in the Triple Border Region.” The event brought together 50 participants, including representatives from BPG members, partner associations and public authorities dedicated to fighting the illegal market.
The workshop had important panel discussions addressing public-private cooperation, public policy strategies, legal actions and the disposal of seized goods. It also featured practical demonstrations on identifying counterfeit products.
Among the participating public authorities were representatives from the Federal Revenue, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, the Federal Police, the Federal Highway Police, the Civil Police, the CNCP and the INPI, along with authorities from Paraguay and Uruguay.
