Participation in the “Brasil Legal” Technical Meeting
On April 28, the Brand Protection Group – BPG participated in the Technical Meeting of the External Commission on Acts of Piracy and the “Brasil Legal” Agenda. The event, which addressed piracy in the sports sector, took place at the Chamber of Deputies in Brasília and was chaired by Federal Deputy Julio Lopes.
The meeting brought together public authorities, sports brands, and associations dedicated to combating the illegal market with the aim of establishing permanent measures against counterfeiting in the country. Representing the BPG, President Wellington Oliveira addressed the challenges of the digital environment and congratulated Brazilian authorities on the important work they have done in combating these crimes.
