Cooperation Agreements with Public Bodies

BPG signs cooperation agreements with public bodies, with the aim of providing the authorities with information on the trade in illicit products, technical and operational support for carrying out measures to repress the trade in counterfeit products, preparing counterfeiting reports and carrying out training, seminars and training courses on the counterfeiting of products from member companies, such as the agreement signed with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of São Paulo.

BPG’s cooperative work with public bodies also covers the destruction, in an ecologically responsible manner, of counterfeit products that were seized in repression operations, such as the destruction of lighters, glasses, sneakers, handbags and other goods seized by the Federal Revenue .
