BPG at the National Council to Combat Piracy – CNCP

The Brand Protection Group – BPG is a member of the National Council to Combat Piracy. The CNCP is an agency of the Ministry of Justice that is responsible for studying and proposing measures and actions aimed at confronting piracy and combating crimes against intellectual property in the country, among other activities. The Council is made up of public bodies linked to various ministries, such as the Federal Police Department, Federal Highway Police Department, Federal Revenue Secretariat, National Public Security Secretariat, and representatives of organizations and civil associations chosen by the Minister of Justice.
