Federal Revenue seizes more than R $ 4 million in TV box sets in the Port of Rio de Janeiro
82,000 equipments were found during a verification procedure.
The Federal Revenue seized, on Monday (8), 82 thousand TV box sets in the Port of Rio de Janeiro. The equipments were found during a verification procedure and the seizure is the result of the careful risk management carried out by the Customs of the Federal Revenue in Porto do Rio.
The cargo is valued at approximately R$ 4,100,000.00.
With today’s work, 182,000 TV box sets have already been seized in Rio de Janeiro in 2021.
The role of the Federal Revenue is primarily aimed at protecting society, in addition to preventing enrichment by criminal organizations.
