Enforcement activities – Smuggling: goods seized in Marajó

The Federal Police seized a vessel transporting contraband goods in the Marajó region on Tuesday (23).

More than 100 foreign products without receipts were seized. Among them were clothes, electric bicycles, batteries, incense, and other products.

The operation was only possible thanks to the support of a speedboat from Companhia Docas do Pará (CDP), which was involved throughout the process, including the seizure of the transport.

All seized material, along with the speedboat, was taken to the Federal Police Headquarters in Pará, in order to continue the investigations and take the necessary measures.
