Enforcement activities – “Operation São João” seizes more than 500,000 products
On June 11th, 2025, DECON/PE carried out Operation “São João” – phase I, which seized more than 500,000 products in the city of Santa Cruz do Capiberibe, Pernambuco.
Among the items seized were clothing with the illegal reproduction of renowned brands, characterizing a violation of intellectual property rights. The action was accompanied by representatives of BPG members.
We congratulate the authorities involved in this important action to combat the illegal market.
