Operation seizes 4 tons of contraband in Corumbá

Around four tons of irregular products were seized in Corumbá during Operation Protector last week. The joint action between the Federal Revenue Service and the Mato Grosso do Sul State Military Police took place at the Esdras and Lampião Aceso Stations.

During the inspection, five vans with Bolivian license plates were seized, with around three tons of clandestine export products. On the other hand, more than a ton of counterfeit clothing (clothing that imitates commercial brands) was collected from regular buses at the Lampião Aceso Station.
