Illegal handicraft beverage factory is closed in Passo Fundo
Three men were arrested during action of the Military Brigade
A clandestine craft factory of alcoholic beverages was closed by the Military Brigade this Monday (6) evening, in the Lucas Araújo neighborhood, in Passo Fundo. Three men were arrested in the act. At the time of the approach, they were discharging from a van barrels containing alcoholic beverages without source.
The vehicle was parked in front of a residence, where the suspects kept the drinks. Upon entering the place, the police found a basement with several bottles of whisky and other drinks, as well as seals, labels and material to seal the counterfeit bottles.
They seized three 200-liter barrels, two of them filled with liquid, 11 bottles of vodka, 51 bottles of whiskey, a bag containing several caps, a blower, a hot glue gun, whiskey stamps, cardboard boxes, stickers labels, and seals of bottles of various brands.
