“Operação Foco” seizes more than 800 pairs of tennis shoes with no fiscal note, in Levi Gasparian
A joint action between civil and military police, entitled “Operação Foco”, seized, this Saturday (day 3), more than 800 pairs of tennis shoes without fiscal note on BR-040, in Levy Gasparian. The shoes, brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma and Lacoste, were found during a search of a truck on its way to Rio.
The goods, distributed in boxes, showed signs of forgery. The driver was taken to the city police station, where he gave his statement. He will answer, in freedom, for the crime of trademark infringement.
