City Hall closes again mall that had millionaire seizure of counterfeit watches in SP
In May, an operation seized R$ 150 million of counterfeit goods in Shopping Korai.
São Paulo City Hall closed on Friday (26) with concrete blocks the popular Shopping Korai.
In May, the site had already been banned after the biggest seizure of counterfeit watches in history, but it went back to work in breach of the decision.
During the operation in May, the Federal Revenue seized 1.5 million watches, with a total estimated value of R $ 150 million.
According to the investigation, the watches were smuggled from China and customized with fake stamps of famous brands on site, a mall with 123 boxes in the 25 March region.
