Underwear with suspected counterfeiting are seized in “Operation Focus” in Levy Gasparian
On this Friday (10) afternoon, at the Levi Gasparian Fiscal Post, in another “Operation Focus”, military police caught a Fiat Palio Weekend on top of a truck. The vehicle, which was being driven by a man, whose identity and age were not informed, was on its way from Pouso Alegre (MG) to Bom Jardim (RJ). During inspection, the agents found that Fiat vehicle was loaded and, inside, were found several underwear, between panties and panties of famous brands, apparently counterfeit.
According to the police, 236 pieces were found in the vehicle without the proper invoice of the goods. The material was presented to the tax auditor of the State Revenue Office, since at the time did not carry invoice for the goods, which was presented later, and after verification it was not found any tax irregularity, being released the driver and the vehicle.
The person responsible for the material and the vehicle was arrested and taken to the 108th Police Station (DP), where the case was registered and the material seized.
