Seizure of counterfeit products in Brusque/SC
On Thursday, September 29, an operation from the Civil Police, Military Police, Department of Public Prosecution, and representatives of worldwide known brands, was carried out to identify and seize counterfeit goods in the FIP and STOP Shop business centers, in Brusque/SC.
The operation resulted in a seizure of more than de 4000 products, among clothing, shoes, and handbags that reproduced renowned brands. Some of the products will go to an expert for analysis while others will be sent to the respective law firms that represent them, in São Paulo.
The owners of the stores will be subject to a police investigation and may be charged with violation of intellectual property.
