More than 41 thousand counterfeit products are seized in Salvador and Feira de Santana
On Thursday 1st, more than 41 thousand products with tags from some of the most famous brands on the market were seized in four different businesses in Salvador and in Feira de Santana, which is on the countryside of Bahia. According to the Civil Police advisory board, the caps, backpacks, and fanny packs were counterfeit.
The seizures took place at the stores O Boné, JCB Lacerca and Quero Bonés, in Feira de Santana, and at Geo & Fane, in Barroquinha, Salvador. Some of the material seized was sent to expert analysis at the Technical Police Department (TPD).
