More than 40 boxes of Argentine wine without fiscal note are seized in Ourinhos
Boxes were in a truck among bags of fabric trimmings. The driver was arrested and sent to the São Pedro do Turvo Public Jail.
The Military Highway Police seized more than 400 boxes of wines of various Argentinean brands and without invoice in Ourinhos, on the night of Friday (13).
The seizure was in front of the highway police base, which is located at km 28 of Rodovia Orlando Quagliato (SP-327).
The boxes were on a truck amidst bags of fabric trimmings. According to the Highway Police, the driver left the city of Planalto (PR) heading to São Paulo.
Bail in the amount of R$ 5,000 was stipulated but was not paid by the driver and he was sent to the Public Jail of São Pedro do Turvo.
The incident was submitted to the Federal Police of Marilia and the products and vehicles seized.
