Federal Revenue seized 20 thousand pairs of counterfeit footwear in São Paulo
Officials estimate that seized goods is enough to fill four trucks. Number of shoes may be higher.
The Federal Revenue seized 20,000 counterfeit pairs of shoes in the Brás district of São Paulo, on Tuesday morning (16). The operation was named Pseudopodes 3 and had the support of the São Paulo City Hall.
The number of shoes seized is an initial estimation. The cargo is expected to be enough to fill four trucks. The Revenue says that those involved will respond administratively and criminally in freedom.
