Duo arrested for smuggling with almost 800 bottles of perfumes and beauty products in Tupi Paulista
On the date of yesterday (15) around 18:30 after occurrence broadcast via 190 where it was reported that a vehicle Ônix white would be unloading goods without invoice to be loaded onto an interstate bus in the bus terminal of Tupi Paulista.
At the scene were found some boxes being loaded on the bus, asked the company employee the same reported that some people leave the boxes of goods at the bus terminal and they make the transport charging freight for it.
He was also informed that he had no knowledge of what was inside the boxes and that they do not require the invoice of the products.
With support from other police teams it was verified that inside the boxes there were perfumery products, totaling 795 bottles.
While it was being verified what was in the boxes, two men (61 years old and 46 years old, both from Dracena) appeared on the scene and presented themselves as the owners of the goods.
In view of the facts, both men were arrested for the crime of smuggling, the parties and the goods were taken to the Federal Police of Araçatuba, and the arrest of the individuals and the seizure of the goods were ratified.
