DRCPIM – RJ carried out operation in São Francisco de Itabapoana
Police officers of the Police Station for the Repression of Crimes Against Immaterial Property (DRCPIM) carried out an operation last Saturday (05/03/16) in São Francisco de Itabapoana, approaching the band VEURY VINGADORA, that illegally imitate the band VINGADORA.
The cops went to the VEURY VINGADORA show, and confirmed that they copied all the visual identity and musical style of the VINGADORA, what could cause confusion misleading fans.
All the members of the band, as well as the manager, and the show producer were taken to the Police station at 147ª DP – São Francisco de Itabapoana, where they were charged with crime against intellectual property.
