DIG close store that was selling counterfeit footwear in Bragança
Police officers of DIG seized hundreds of pairs of counterfeit sneakers in the Popó neighborhood in Bragança Paulista this morning.
The General Investigations Office eventually found the store and following a search and sezure warrant closed it. The police also seized what they call a “replica of real sneakers.” They are very similar to the originals and come in box up with label.
The owner of the store was indicted and signed a circumstantial occurrence statement (TCO), a record of a fact classified as an infraction of lesser offensive potential, that is, crimes of lesser importance, having the maximum penalty commenced within two (two ) years of freezing or fine.
