Civil Police seizes R$ 3 million in counterfeit products on Rua Teresa, in Petrópolis

Agents found four tons of pirated goods in about 20 establishments.

Rio – Civil police officers at the Police Station for the Suppression of Crimes Against Immaterial Property (DRCPIM) seized, on Thursday (18), about R$ 3 million in pirated products sold in stores on Rua Teresa, a famous commercial spot in downtown Petrópolis. The role of the Civil Police was part of the operation “Raposa no Galinheiro”.
