Police seize 10,000 counterfeit products in Ceilândia’s flea market, in Brasília City
The civil police of Brasília (Federal District) seized 10,000 counterfeit products in a operation in Ceilândia’s flea market. According to the police, seven people were arrested and released after giving evidences.
Among the counterfeit products seized are pants, shorts , shirts and t-shirts with labels of famous trademarks.
The seven people arrested were taken to the Police Station of Suppression of Crimes Against Immaterial Property (DRCPIM). According to the police, they can be prosecuted for crimes against the Intellectual Property and could be sentenced up to one year of imprisonment.
