BPG provides training about counterfeiting of products at Rio Grande Port
On October 23rd, Brand Protection Group promoted a training about counterfeiting of trademarks at Rio Grande Port – Rio Grande do Sul state, and had the attendance of 35 auditors and technicians from Federal Revenue Services.
The event included presentation about counterfeiting of trademarks from BPG´s associates, besides distribution of material containing information to help identify counterfeit products.
Besides helping identifying counterfeited products, the goal of this seminar is to development a communication channel between the association and public authorities, to improve the legal, technical and logistic cooperation related to the retention and disposal of seized products.
