The Barreira Fiscal Operation seizes two tons of counterfeit products
In two days, officers from the Barreira Fiscal Post at Nhangapi, in Itatia, in a joint operation with Customs and the State Treasury Department, seized almost two tons of counterfeit products without tax documentation. On Wednesday (30), 400 kilos of clothing without receipt and 500 kilos of toys, electronics and counterfeit clothes were seized. The goods were found in 5 tour buses that came from Brás, in São Paulo, and were going to Rio de Janeiro.The shipping company, which circulated with the merchandise without tax documentation, was charged and the counterfeit products were seized and sent to the Customs warehouse in Rio de Janeiro.
