BPG participates in an event promoted by the OAB SP to discuss challenges in the fight against count
Last Friday, BPG participated in an event called “Industrial Property and the challenges in the fight against counterfeiting – How are we and where are we going?” promoted by the Brazilian Bar Association.
After the presentation, the book “Industrial Property – twenty years of the law 9279/96”, was launched. This was organized by the speaker and president of the Committee to combat counterfeiting of OAB SP, Eduardo Ribeiro Augusto, and Thays Leite Toschi, with the preface from Marcos da Costa, president of the section São Paulo of OAB.
